Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Pre-Order Items

Some items on our site — like the Breastmilk Prep & Organization Mat — are available for pre-order ahead of their official release. Pre-order items do not ship right away. Instead, they ship on the date listed on the product page (for example, the Breastmilk Prep & Organization Mat ships October 1, 2026). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your pre-order ships.

Processing Time

For in-stock (non-pre-order) items, orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as a product launch), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Cost & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier rates available at that time. Estimated delivery times are also provided at checkout once you enter your shipping address, and can vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date reflects the pre-order ship date above, not standard processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes during peak periods. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, was marked delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mojolactationco.com with your order number as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
