Return Policy

We want you to love your Breastmilk Prep & Organization Mat. Because it's a personal-care item used during breastfeeding and pumping, we have a hygiene-conscious return policy outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You may return your Breastmilk Prep & Organization Mat within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:
- Unused and unopened, in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging, unless the item arrived defective or damaged (see below).
How to Start a Return
- Email info@mojolactationco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original, unopened packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Breastmilk Prep & Organization Mat arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mojolactationco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or opened (outside of a defect/damage claim)
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
