The Story of MoJo

The name MoJo is a nod to the mother and daughter that inspire this venture: Molly + Josephine. MoJo was built to honor that journey by bridging maternal intuition to the technology that supports it.


How it Started

MoJo wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born in the quiet, tethered moments of early motherhood. As a PhD researcher and mom, I'm wired to look for a better way, but this time, it's personal.

When I realized the breast pump I relied on was anchoring me to a single room, I went looking for a solution. I searched for accessories that could make my full-size pump truly hands free but came up empty. Everything I found required compromise: bulk, extra parts, or simply didn't work with the pump I already had and trusted.

So I stopped searching and started building. I traded my office desk for a workbench and began prototyping something that didn't exist yet.



We're reimagining what it means to be truly mobile, and we're just getting started.
